Not only can I prepare supporting documents to accompany your application but I can co-ordinate the whole application process for you, ensuring the preparations are handled expeditiously. I have a strong track record of effective negotiations on planning applications.

I also have a network of associates including architects, land surveyors, ecologists, traffic and noise consultants who can help with the preparation of your application and that I can introduce to you. We work seamlessly together to ensure the component parts of your application is prepared holistically and with continuity.

Having coordinated the works, I will collate the statements and documents prepared by me and others engaged in the process and check for continuity. I will then submit your planning application and supporting documents to your Local Planning Authority. I usually do this electronically through the Government’s Planning Portal with which I am registered.

An application for planning permission is not the only application that you may wish to make. There is a raft of other approvals and consents you may wish to obtain and I can help you with most of them. Some of the more common examples are:

I have rated the planning station exceptional on all aspects because that describes the service we have received throughout, Darren from the Planning Station listened to everything that we required, acted promptly on various requests and he truly went the extra mile for us wherever he could.

We required a sequential test report to be completed with regards to a refusal notice on a planning application that had been submitted to our local council for a change of use on a warehouse building, this was not a straight forward task to complete at all but the planning station rose to the challenge and did not disappoint.
